Around the Henninger Tower

Since 1962 the cyclist world class meets at the classical "Around the Henninger Tower" on May 1st. The competition was initiated by the Henninger brewery, in order to bring the Henninger tower, which was used as silo, observation tower and restaurant, into discussion. Beyond that it is high promotion for the brewery.  

The classical cyclist competition is a public magnet and is viewed by thousands of spectators every year.
