Included in the "all-inlusive-conference-rate" are: - A well lit, air-conditioned, luxurious conference room - Overhead or slide-projector with screen and flip-chart - W-LAN & LAN Internet-access free of charge - Mineral water, fruit juices and candy - Blotting and writing pads, cleaning tissues for glasses and pens - Two intervals with coffee, tea and either waffles with maple syrup, muffins, croissants or fresh fruit - 3-course lunch menu, individually selected, including wine, mineral water and finishing off with a coffee - Individual and personal conference care
